The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk from the station. It is also in close proximity to amenities, very convenient. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well laid out.

My room faced the river and the buildings on the other side of it. Blackout blinds were fantastic in the room. The bath in the room was lovely, and the tap was adjustable. Soft sheets made for a luxurious sleep after a long day.

The staff were so nice and helpful! they offered an early check-in. This was a lovely surprise. the flexibility was much appreciated, unlike other hotels. the room was big with two double beds and an extra bed, but space remained.

The windows could be opened. They are locked. fresh air would have been great when the air conditioning wasn't running. this was an inconvenience .

The room i stayed in smelled strongly of smoke, almost like an ashtray. It was quite unpleasant! i was only there for one night, so i didn't ask to change rooms, but i woke up several times due to the smell. i think they need to address the ventilation or perhaps clean the carpets.

The hotel had staff was very helpful, this. I could leave my luggage before check-in. The room seemed big, especially compared to other places I stayed at during my trip. I saw a good view during the night.

The room seemed narrow. It has two beds and I traveled alone. I barely managed my things in the space.
